Alberto Sierra’s practice focuses mainly on commercial litigation and whistleblower claims under the federal and state False Claims Act. Mr. Sierra also has experience handling a variety of transactional matters, including business formation and ongoing operations, commercial sales, and contractual negotiations.
Mr. Sierra received his law degree magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law and his bachelor’s degree cum laude in political science from Florida International University.
During law school, Mr. Sierra was a distinguished member of FIU Law’s Moot Court Team, winning first place in the Inaugural Claude Pepper Elder Law Moot Court Competition. He also gained valuable experience through his time interning with the Miami-Dade Office of State Attorney’s Legal Division and through his position as a Legislative & Policy Aide for Commissioner Raquel Regalado.
